Driver requirements
- Driver age19 and over
- Young driver fee€61 per rental (max 61)
Applies to drivers aged 19 to 24.
- Senior driver fee€61 per rental
Applies from age 66.

Documents required at pick-up
- Driving licenceHeld for at least 2 years
Accepted: national licence. Renters holding non-European driving licences must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their national driving licence.

- Credit cardRequired
A credit card is needed for the deposit. Bring the physical card. It must be in the main driver's name.

- In case of an accident
A police report must be provided by the customer for any accident, damage or claim.
Fuel

Charged if the car is returned with less fuel, plus €10 for each missing fuel bar.

Cancellation & early return

Anything you paid online is refunded in full. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
Other conditions
- The exact model is not guaranteed. You get a car from the same category.
- After an accident, tell the station straight away. An accident report is required.
- All extras are on request. The station confirms each one; none is guaranteed when you book.
