- In case of an accident
A police report is mandatory for any accident, damage or claim. Without it, the insurance does not pay and the driver is fully liable.

Opening hours

West Bay only. Hamad International Airport is open 24 hours, so there is no out-of-hours fee there. Charged once if the pickup or the return is outside opening hours. At least 2 hours' notice required.
Grace period on return

Penalties & fines
- Smoking in the car (removing the smell).$140 one-off
- Cleaning: a full clean, seat wash and polish, or any visible stain inside. Single seats: driver $30, front passenger $30, rear $40.$140 one-off
- Handling a traffic fine: a service fee only. The fine itself is extra. You can also pay the fine yourself on the MOI website.$20 one-off
- Car not brought in for a due service after repeated reminders. Exceptions above 1,500 km only for a good reason, such as a rental of 6 months or more or a long-standing customer. Does not apply to luxury cars.$415 one-off
- Early return policy
Daily (1-6 days) - remaining days will be forfeited. Weekly (7-13 days) - remaining days will be forfeited. 13-30 days - a charge equivalent to 50% of the remaining days will apply. Monthly (30+ days) - a charge equivalent to 50% of the remaining days will apply.
- Returning the car late, after the 2-hour grace period.

Cancellation & early return

Anything you paid online is refunded in full. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
